The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of an angiograph with accompanying construction works, in order to implement the project entitled: "Purchase of medical equipment for the needs of ZZOZ in Ostrów Wielkopolski" The order includes the delivery and assembly of the angiograph along with the accompanying construction works and the relocation of the angiograph along with the accompanying construction works. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 5 and Annex 10. The terms of the contract are also included in Annex 4 – i.e. the draft contract.

Delivery of the angiograph along with assembly, commissioning, configuration and adaptation works as well as adaptation of the rooms of the angiograph laboratory in the Complex of Health Care Institutions in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The same situation as in the previous sentence in its full scope concerns the relocation of the existing angiograph and its launch to a new location. The subject of the contract should be brand new, ready to work without any additional purchases and investments, delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor along with documentation in Polish. The year of assembly and delivery, i.e. 2023, is also the year of manufacture of the equipment, apparatus and device. The term of the guarantee and warranty granted by the Contractor is at least 48 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without comments. The subject of the contract also includes training of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of ongoing operation, maintenance and operation of the offered equipment. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor.
