The object of the contract is all the activities of the Employment Insertion Service (SIL), consisting in the planning, coordination and management of the activities connected to the integration and insertion in the world of work of people residing in the Municipality of Busto Arsizio, disabled or belonging to weaker groups, who cannot access the labor market through ordinary channels.

The service takes the form of a series of interventions and actions aimed at creating a meeting between the demand for work by fragile people and the offer by companies, through a targeted placement preceded by an in-depth assessment of the compatibility between the abilities of the person and the skills required by the job task.

The service must be provided using a qualified team, for at least n. 47 weeks per year, consisting of: n. 1 coordinator (minimum weekly hours 6), n. 1 psychologist (minimum weekly hours 6), n. 1 social worker (minimum weekly hours 6) and n. 2 educators (minimum weekly hours 76). The team will have to operate through the following methods:

- evaluate the reports, examining them monthly in the team;

- set up an individualized training or work placement project through work mediation tools;

- accompany and monitor the insertion;
