Administration of sports facilities at 12 Sportowa Street in Środa Wielkopolska along with their ongoing maintenance and rental on behalf of the Municipality, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of administration of sports facilities at 12 Sportowa Street in Środa Wielkopolska, along with their ongoing maintenance and rental on behalf of the Municipality, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, including such facilities as:

1) hockey pitch (artificial turf pitch) with pitch lighting, ball catcher, irrigation and drainage system, stands and infrastructure, hockey equipment and shelters for players (on the geodetic plot no. 2765/4) - a hockey pitch with an artificial surface with dimensions of 91.20 m x 54.80 m and side zones,2) the main stadium with a running track, infrastructure, announcer, fixed and mobile tribunes and football equipment (on the geodetic plot No. 2765/1 and partly on the plot No. 2765/2) - football main plate with a natural surface measuring 105m x 64m,

3) an office and social building with a sports hall measuring 26.62 m x 18.75 m, office and administration rooms, sanitary rooms, storage and utility rooms, four changing rooms with sanitary facilities, a conference room (located on a geodetic plot no. 2765/2),

4) a set of containers (2 technical containers) and utility rooms in a residential and utility building (located on a geodetic plot no. 2765/2). The containers will be dismantled by the Owner in March 2024.

5) 2 training pitches with a natural surface with dimensions of 90m x 61.60m and 91.20m x 54.80m (located on the geodetic plot no. 3077 and 3078/1),6) sanitary facilities – a building with a usable area of 38m2,7) a football pitch (a pitch with a natural grass surface) with pitch lighting and a power generator, an irrigation and drainage system, a panel fence, a ball catcher, football equipment, shelters for players with mobile seats and communication infrastructure (on geodetic plots no. 3078/2, 2765/3, 3074/3 and 2765/2) - football pitch with a natural grass surface and side zones with dimensions of 136.60 m x 96.70.8) pavilion – ticket office at the entrance to the area from Poselska Street,9) equipment necessary for the operation and maintenance of the above-mentioned infrastructure (e.g. scoreboard), internal access roads, parking spaces, pedestrian routes in the area near sports facilities, entrance gates, lawns and the surroundings of sports fields to fence plots above.10) A newly built technical and social building with stands and access roads from Sportowa and Poselska streets, located on plots No. 2765/2, 2765/3 and 3078/2, the planned date of handing over the building in question to administration by the end of the first quarter of 2024. A brick building with a size of 76.0 x 15.31 and 11.05 m high with a flat roof with a roof in a wooden structure covered with sheet metal. Built-up area 1092.0 m2, usable area 1330.5 m2, cubic capacity 9480.0 m3 In the main stand in the fan zone there are 1005 seats for fans, 79 seats in the VIP sector and 68 places in the Super VIP sector. On the ground floor of the building there are rooms for players, referees, coaches and ticket offices, as well as technical rooms for pumps, gas furnace and power supply with connections. On the first floor, there is a multimedia zone, a catering zone and sanitary facilities for the fan zone. On the top floor there is a guest area and rooms for the announcer of competitions and media, a service and security area and rooms for office workers. The Contracting Authority informs that in the context of the resolution adopted by the City Council, in accordance with the investment plans of the municipality, from October 2023 to June 2024, the contracting authority will carry out on plots 2768/2, 2765/3, 3078/2, 3077, 3078/1 an investment related to the development of sports infrastructure in the area of the Średzki Stadium stage II in the field of road works, construction of a parking lot and parking spaces, internal fencing, lighting of the area and infrastructure
