The scope of the order includes the purchase and installation of pellet boilers (7 pieces), gas boilers (83) oil furnaces (2) gasification furnaces (14) photovoltaic installations (15), solar collectors (9) for individual households on the territory of Korczew Municipality and Jabłonna Lacka together with gas tanks.
1.1. The object of the order is the implementation of the task “Replacement of heating factors together with the installation of renewable energy sources in the municipalities of Korczew and Jabłonna Lacka” in the system design and build together with obtaining the necessary arrangements.
1.2. The project will see the exchange of low efficiency heat sources (solid fuel central heating boilers) with automatic biomass-burning central heating boilers and using gaseous fuel and electricity. The boilers will be equipped with an automatic fuel feeder (not applicable to wood gasification boilers) and will not have an emergency grate or components to install it. Heating appliances will be characterized by the
from the end of 2020, the minimum energy efficiency and emission standards defined in the implementing measures to Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 laying down general rules for the establishment of ecodesign requirements for products related to with energy. Boilers certified for 5 energy efficiency class with an efficiency of more than 90% will be used, which will help to reduce the amount of fuel needed to heat the premises. Installations will be installed in the secreted rooms (boiler rooms) of residential buildings. The surface and volume of individual buildings were analyzed to determine the possibility of installation of the selected boilers and the selection of parameters (surface, power, etc.) of the installation. During the preparation stage of the project, invited energy audits were carried out.
Buildings whose technical condition meets the requirements for installation of individual installations are qualified for the project. The installation is intended to generate thermal energy to completely cover the thermal energy requirements of the facility.
1.3. The project is also the installation of infrastructure, which will be used to produce electricity and thermal energy from renewable sources — solar energy. The power of photovoltaic systems was selected based on
about the volume of electricity and thermal energy demand by the building in question. It is assumed to connect the photovoltaic system to the network — the type of installation on grid. Electricity consumers will produce it for their own needs (simultaneous production and consumption of energy). Surplus electricity from the site of a particular installation will be fed into the network of the local distribution system operator.
1.5. A detailed description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority for the execution of the object of the contract is defined by the Functional and Utility Program, which is annex 6
to SIWZ.
