The subject of the contract is to provide the Ordering Party with the manufacturer's support for the software:

1) ManageEngine Applications ManagerEnterprise for 500 monitors, 4 technicians + ADDM Add-ON in the ManageEngine AMS model,

2) ManageEngine ADAudit Professional for 20 domain controllers, 6 file servers, 200 member servers in the ManageEngine AMS model

- with the right and access to updates, patches and new versions of the software in accordance with the provisions of the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the draft contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, in particular quality requirements and conditions for the performance of the contract, is indicated in the documentation of the proceedings in the annexes to the SWZ.
