New construction of the B14 between Winnenden and Backnang-West BA 2.7 - Construction management and local construction supervision

General

The subject of this invitation to tender is the construction management and the local construction supervision of the construction of the B 14 in construction phase 2.7. between construction km 11+320 and construction km 13+000. In addition, the intersecting streets Schöntaler Straße with a length of 345 m and the K 1832/ L 1115 (Aspacher Straße) with a length of approx. 620 m will be adapted. The existing Backnang-West junction will also be rebuilt. Adjacent service roads will be adapted to the new planning. In this construction phase there are three crossing structures (BW 28, BW 29, BW 30) and three noise protection walls (BW 26, BW 27, BW 31). Furthermore, a rainwater treatment plant (RKB/ RRB 7) is being built in the area of AS Backnang-West for the route drainage of the B 14.

The services of the specialist planning according to HOAI § 41 (civil engineering structures) for

- 6 - structural engineering structures for traffic facilities (bridge structure and noise barrier)

-7 - other individual structures (rain clarifiers) and

according to HOAI § 45 (traffic facilities) for

- 1 - Road traffic facilities

From the performance profiles of the specialist planning according to HOAI § 41 ff and §45 ff should be commissioned:

- Performance phase 8 - Construction management with 15% complete

The construction of the traffic facility and the civil engineering structures is commissioned by the RP Stuttgart. The construction shall be monitored accordingly.

Special services consisting of:

- local construction supervision of the entire construction measures according to HVA B-Stb and the M-BÜ-ING. Experience in road and civil engineering, bored pile foundations, reinforced concrete construction, steel construction and composite construction

- Addendum management Processing, assessment, if necessary commissioning of supplements

- Cost control and quality assurance of the construction work

- Processing of small orders

- Project and construction meetings with all project participants on site and the RP, coordination also with third parties

- Public relations: Creation of templates (ready for printing) for press releases, preparation of press inquiries, preparation and participation in construction site tours
