The contractor will be responsible for carrying out routine cleaning services as well as possibly the annual refurbishment of 4 of the City's facilities, the details of which are mentioned in the specifications and its annexes. Routine cleaning services are at fixed prices and must be carried out according to the frequencies mentioned in the specifications of the special technical clauses and its annexes. And, the annual refurbishment is at unit prices and will be carried out as soon as a related purchase order materializes the appearance of the need in this area. In any case, the maximum amount of expenditure for all services (flat-rate and unitary) may not exceed 400,000 euro(s) excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract
