The customer shall provide the information by way of self-delivery by waste producers or waste producers.

Transport companies collected waste wood species (§ 2) at its collection points (§ 3a) for

Contractor pickup ready.

The contractor takes over the types of waste wood provided, transports them and transports them, under

Compliance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular the sub-statutory

Regulations for the Closed Substance Cycle Management Act (KrWG) and the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG),

the proper recycling or disposal.
