1. The subject of the contract is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority") of 4 pcs. SDN network switches together with the Software and Documents, in accordance with the IT Hardware and Software Specification constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the agreement (hereinafter: PPU).

1.1. The subject of the contract includes:

1.1.1. Sale and delivery of brand new, unused SDN network switches with Software and Documents, in accordance with the IT Hardware and Software Specification constituting Appendix No. 1 to the PPU;

1.1.2. Granting a Warranty for the delivered IT Hardware and Software for a period of 36 months and ensuring the manufacturer's warranty for the IT Equipment and support for the Software, by issuing an appropriate document to the Ordering Party, confirming the right to access the manufacturer's warranty for the IT Equipment and Software in the above-mentioned period in accordance with the manufacturer's general terms and conditions.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority") of 4 pcs. SDN network switches (hereinafter referred to as: network switches, switch, IT Equipment) together with Software and Documents, in accordance with the IT Hardware and Software Specification constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the agreement (hereinafter: PPU).

1.1. The subject of the contract includes:

1.1.1. Sale and delivery of brand new, unused SDN network switches with Software and Documents, in accordance with the IT Hardware and Software Specification constituting Appendix No. 1 to the PPU;

1.1.2. Granting a Warranty for the delivered IT Equipment and Software for a period of 36 months and providing a warranty for the IT Hardware manufacturer and support for the Software, by issuing an appropriate document to the Ordering Party, confirming the right to access the IT Equipment and Software manufacturer's warranty in the above-mentioned period in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the IT Hardware and Software manufacturer;

1.2. Along with the delivery of the IT Hardware together with the Software, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with Documents consisting of: operating manuals, manuals for the IT Equipment and a license document for the Software, as well as documents confirming that the IT Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the requirements described in the PPU.

1.3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject matter of the contract be performed on the terms and conditions set out in the PPU constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference and on the basis of the terms and conditions of the manufacturer of IT Hardware and Software.

1.4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Chapter I, Section I.2 of the Terms of Reference and Appendix No. 1 to the PPU, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
