The contract includes the rental, placement and removal of lighting grounds for the end of the year celebrations in downtown Arlon.

The tenderer must propose decorations according to the location set out in Chapter III.3 and for a maximum annual amount of EUR 90,000 VAT (margin of 5% allowed). The desired illuminations are either sleepers at the existing anchor points mentioned in point III.3, or elements to be installed on facades, on a lighting pole, on trees or on the ground. Some decorative patterns will be offered as options, others in variants.
