Project management of fire protection renovation as an overall measure consisting of 5 sub-measures.

The overall project consists of the 5 sub-measures defined in the task description. The Contractor shall first be commissioned with the services pursuant to para. 5 of sub-measure 1. The Client also intends to commission the Contractor with the services for sub-measures 2-5. The Contractor shall not be entitled to commission the respective sub-measure in whole or in part.

The assignment extends to the project stages according to § 2 AHO. The Contractor's obligation to perform includes 4 (A+B+D+E) of the 5 areas of action, unless these have been expressly excluded from the scope of services. The Contractor shall only provide special services in accordance with § 2 AHO if this is expressly stipulated or if these are subsequently commissioned.

Initially, the contract covers the performance of project stage 2. The client also intends to commission the contractor with project stages 3 and 4. The Client is entitled not to call off individual partial services or not to call them off in full.
