A framework agreement for the assignment shall be signed with 1 supplier. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have the right to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years (1 year + 1 year) to a total maximum duration of 4 years.

This procurement concerns the purchase of print and printing services for Vestland County's (VLFK's) units and the new Sogndal kommune [Sogndal municipality].

This includes, amongst other things, print and/or printing of business cards, brochures, single sheets, leaflets with spine staples, leaflets with glue, course certificates, enveloping, spiral binding, laminating, etc.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. It is emphasised that the stated value is based on estimates from statistics and information from the contracting authority's current supplier and their own financial data. The right has been reserved to make changes in volume, partly on the basis of budget situations which affect the contracting authority's activity.

The scope of future purchases is unknown, as digital media is increasingly taking over morel of the traditional information channels.
