This contract will be to provide: ►A three-star gas service for a number of EMH (EMH Housing and Regeneration, and EMH Care and Support) properties ►A three-star gas service for all Rural Housing Association properties ►A service to cover emergency faults and issues with systems maintained by EMH Housing and Regeneration’s In-house Maintenance Services (‘IMS’) outside of operational hours

This contract will be to provide: ►A three-star gas service for all properties listed shown within the asset register ►Services that fall outside of the scope of the three star service, include ad-hoc installations ►A service to cover emergency faults and issues with systems maintained by EMH Housing and Regeneration’s In-house Maintenance Services (‘IMS’) outside of their operational hours
