the contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. Its purpose is to provide fuel at a flow-through card service station for the city of Villeneuve-Le-Roi. The services are devolved in a single lot, the specifications and descriptions appear in the C.C.P. (P2). Minimum annual amount: 0 euro, maximum annual amount: 120,000 euros excluding VAT and maximum amount over the total period (all renewal periods included): 480,000 euros (excl. VAT). No form of grouping is imposed. Variants are not allowed in the Framework Agreement. There is no option in the framework agreement.
