Delivery of two-part casing pipes1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of electrical materials" divided into two Lots, for tasks carried out under: A. Project entitled: - "Improvement of energy efficiency of heat transmission through modernization of heating networks STAGE 1" (POIS.01.05.00-00-0008/16-00), co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020, Priority Axis I: Decarbonisation of the economy, Action: 1.5. Efficient distribution of heat and cold. - "Construction of new networks, connections and nodes to new facilities" (POIS.01.06.02-00-0018/16-00), co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020, Priority Axis I: Decarbonisation of the economy, under Measure 1.6 Promoting the use of high-efficiency cogeneration of heat and electricity based on the demand for useful heat, Sub-measure: 1.6.2 District heating networks and refrigeration for high-efficiency cogeneration sources. B. Current activity of MPEC – Rzeszów Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "current operations"). Part 1. Delivery of two-part casing pipes - 20% of the subject of the contract will be carried out as part of the Projects of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment (OPIE), and 80% of the subject of the contract will be carried out as part of current operations. 2. Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (Form "Offer"). 3. Materials constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party. 4. The materials which are the subject of the contract must: 4.1. Be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party, 4.2. Meet the requirements provided for: - the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) together with the implementing provisions to this Act, - the Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215), - Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/ EEC. 4.3. To meet, in terms of quality, the requirements of products admitted to the market and use in construction pursuant to Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Construction Law. 4.4. Have relevant documents, i.e. a certificate for a safety mark, approvals, declarations of conformity with the standard or technical approval (for construction products placed on the market before 1 July 2013) or copies of declarations of performance in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (for construction products placed on the market after 1 July 2013). 5. Required quality guarantee period for the subject of the contract: 24 months from the date of their protocol receipt. Guarantee in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter XIX SWZ. 6. Other conditions of the Contracting Authority concerning the subject of the contract are specified in Chapter XIX of this SWZ entitled "PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACT RELEVANT TO THE PARTIES".
Battery delivery1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of electrical materials" divided into two Lots, Lot 2. Battery delivery - carried out as part of current activity - Annex No. 2 to SWZ. This is a supply order with the numerical code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV 31000000-6 Electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and products; lighting CPV 44160000-9 Pipelines, piping, pipes, pipe linings and similar components 2.
