The assignment includes the temporary hiring of a senior project manager Spatial Management for an average of 12 hours a week, approx. 47 weeks a year. Initially, orders are given for the duration of 2 (two) years, with optionally 3 (three) times an extension of 1 (one) year each.

The senior project manager will be responsible, among other things, for the realization of the 1st tranche of the road categorization plan.

The road categorization plan aims to promote road safety in Heemstede. In the road categorization plan, different roads are redesigned and downsized to 30 km per hour. The implementation of the road categorization plan consists of two parts (tranches) of both 5 years. This year, the preparations and implementation of the 1st tranche of the road categorization plan 2022-2026 will be started.
