The waste indicated is the rest of the waste remaining after the task “Disposal and management of waste, including hazardous waste, stored in the land plot of geod no.: 2171/78 in Mysłowice at Brzezińska 50 Street” under which was removed from the aforementioned property 8 .194,879 Mg of waste. Subject of the order includes removal and development of the part that remains

The waste is located in a plot of land with geodetic number 2171/78 located in Mysłowice at 50 Brzezinska Street (pow. approx. 0.55 ha). This waste is stored in mauzer containers and metal barrels. The estimated amount of waste is approx. 440 Mg. The containers and barrels are pre-secured and stacked in one row on a hardened substrate. Free access and access to containers and barrels are possible. The markings on the containers show that the waste contains toxic substances to the target organs and the environment, have irritating or corrosive properties due to pH value, contain flammable substances. It should be assumed that these wastes possess hazardous properties. The nearest residential development is approximately 150-200 metres from the site of the waste being held; on the plot directly adjacent there is a hall where several hundred workers are employed in three-shift mode. The above-mentioned waste is the rest of the waste remaining after the task “Disposal and management of waste, including hazardous waste, stored in the land plot with geod no.: 2171/78 in Mysłowice at Brzezińska 50 Street” under which it was removed from the above mentioned above Property 8.194,879 Mg of waste. The subject of the order includes the removal and development of the part that remains. As part of the implementation of the task “Disposal and management of waste, including hazardous waste, stored in the land plot of geod no.: 2171/78 in Mysłowice at 50 Brzezińska Street” the disposed and developed (mainly disposable) waste are assigned the following waste codes: 16 03 05* - Organic waste containing hazardous substances, 16 81 01* - Waste exhibiting hazardous properties, 16 10 01* - Hydrated liquid waste containing hazardous substances, 11 01 13* - Degging waste containing hazardous substances, 08 01 11* - Paint wastes and varnishes containing organic solvents or other hazardous substances, 15 01 10* - Packages containing or contaminated hazardous substances residues.It can therefore be assumed (statistically) that the waste covered by this order is possible to qualify under these same codes. The responsibility of giving the code to the waste residual in a given container will be with the contractor. The activities related to the disposal and management of waste shall consist, inter alia:

•adequate protection of the site against access by bystanders, but also against adverse environmental effects of chemicals, in particular protection against leakage and groundwater contamination and emission into the atmosphere, •assessment of the technical condition of containers determining their transport worthiness (possibly pumping into new containers, tanker trucks, etc.) • sampling from individual containers together with carrying out their tests to establish physicochemical properties and appropriate classification of waste types in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the catalogue of waste, •gradual loading accumulated containers for means of transport, •transport of waste to zoning sites (including disposal) taking into account applicable regulations (including but not limited to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 7 October 2016 on detailed requirements for transport Waste, Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law, Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport). The contracting authority, without knowing the chemical composition of the waste in individual containers, cannot determine the method expected from the contractors to transport the waste to the place of its disposal and describe the disposal process itself. Determination of this mode of transport and disposal process will be on the contractor (c.d. in the next section)
