The subject of the tender is the procurement of project services and support in the implementation of requirements on the following topics of external communication:

- strategic architecture planning of a future IT landscape for external communication;

- Inclusion of requirements and support of the communication department in IT relevant topics for external communication;

- Migration and implementation of tools to support external communication.

The aim is to be able to use qualified consultants / employees for the subject areas "IT - infrastructure planning" and "project services and implementation of requirements".

The following estimated total order volume can be assumed over the basic contract term of twenty-four (24) months:

- IT - media architect:

Minimum purchase 30 PT / max. 440 PT;

- IT - media consultant:

Minimum purchase 200 PT / max. 440 PT.

The client undertakes to purchase the specified minimum number of person days within the basic contract period. If the contract is extended beyond the basic contract term, the client undertakes to purchase the minimum quantity specified below under contract extension for three years on person days:

- IT - media architect:

Minimum purchase 45 PT / max. 660 PT;

- IT - media consultant:

Minimum purchase 300 PT / max. 660 PT.
