The subject of the contract includes the performance of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Brzozie Municipality. The Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of law during the performance of the contract, in particular such as: a) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), b) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 699), c) the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws, of 2022, item 1710, as amended), d) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530), e) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limiting the storage of biodegradable mass of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), f) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on the detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122), g) the Act of 27 April 2001. Province Kuj – Pom. 2021 item 1306) k) Resolution No. XXI/149/2021 of the Brzozie Commune Council of 10 March 2021 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management 3. The Contractor is obliged to manage the collected municipal waste in a manner that: - ensuring the achievement of the recycling levels specified in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), - ensuring the achievement of the levels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limiting the storage of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 24 12), levels of weight reduction of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, which the municipality is obliged to achieve in individual years.
