New construction of 60 dementia-owned care homes with associated service area.
The new nursing home is disposed with 60 flexible one-room homes with associated community and service areas, divided into 5 wards with 2 residential units each.
The dwellings make up about 4,500 m
The settlement is placed at Jørgensmindevej in Klarup on part of cadastral No 1f Romdrup By, Romdrup.
The task is offered in the main contract after AB18 with Aak Buildings derogations and additions.
The tender will be conducted as a tender with negotiation.
The tender deals with construction of new nursing home, Klarup. The care home is listed in the main contract and the tender process is conducted as a negotiated tender.
Up to 5 applicants are selected by pre-qualification. Selection will be made on the basis of information provided in the ESPD or information requested in the Terms of Procurement or in the ESPD and otherwise provided.
Negotiation is expected to be conducted in 1 round of talks with 2 dialogue meetings during the round of negotiations.
The contracting entity reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of an initial offer.
Where the contracting entity makes use of this right, the negotiation process shall not be carried out.
Contracting entities reserve the right to narrow the field of bidders before negotiation (s). A narrowing will occur on the basis of the offer assessment.
An applicant whose offer is more than 25% higher than the estimated contract value of the builder, as provided for in point. II.2.6) and whose character for the quality criterion is in the lower quartile, will not be invited for negotiation.
Contracting entities reserve the right to call a second round of negotiations if deemed to be required. Round 2 of negotiations will be carried out in accordance with the same procedure as Round 1 of negotiations.
Contracting entities do not make remuneration.
As evidence for the fulfilment of the information provided in the ESPD, the following shall be provided:
For financial and financial ability, the applicant must enclose annual reports for the last 3 financial years. If the applicant has not existed for 3 years, annual reports must be handed over for each of the years in which the company has existed. In the absence of annual report (s), net revenue, soundness ratio and equity shall be documented by accounting figures from approved accounts.
For professional and technical ability, applicants shall document the information provided in the form of information on reference projects in the ESPD or a separate document, as well as task-motivated company presentation in a separate document.
