The services of business trips and the organization of the reception of delegations in Lithuania and other services of travel agencies are purchased, which consist of:
1. Services of the members of the Seimas, civil servants of the Seimas Chancellery and employees working under employment contracts in Lithuania for the organization of official trips by air, water and land transport;
2. services for organizing accommodation in hotels or other accommodation places in Lithuania during business trips and other services related to the organization of official trips;
3. services for organizing the reception of official delegations (booking hotels, organizing catering, organizing cultural programs, organizing transport services by various types of transport);
4. services for the organization of events (booking hotels, booking of premises to be rented, organization of catering, organization of cultural programs, organization of transport services by various types of vehicles).
The maximum amount of funds planned for the purchase of services, including actual expenses directly related to the performance of the Contract, is EUR 800,000 including VAT for the entire duration of the Contract, including the planned extensions of the Contract.
