The service consists in the organization and implementation of intensive, outgoing Polish language courses for entire families from Ukraine, i.e. for no more than 450 people

1. The subject of the contract is to organize an intensive, outgoing Polish language course combined with leisure for children and adults from Ukraine in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship – implementation period until December 15, 2023, in order to learn Polish, active integration of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, regeneration of physical and mental strength, development of skills, attitudes, interests, obtaining qualifications or acquiring competences. 2. The order includes the organization of intensive, outgoing Polish language courses for 450 people (children and adults) from Ukraine who came to Polish from February 24, 2022 and stay in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and who will obtain qualifications or acquire competences as part of the implemented support. The Ordering Party does not exclude participation in the course of people with physical disabilities. The duration of the course min.: 21 days (20 nights), and the number of hours of learning Polish min.: 3 h (180 min) per day, i.e. a total of 90 hours of learning Polish per 1 participant of the course. The training group will consist of 20 people (+/- 3 people). The training group may also include children up to 5 years of age referred to in point 3. Not all groups have to be located in one center (they may be in different locations), provided that each of these centers meets the requirements set out in the OPZ regarding location, program/attractions, food and care of qualified personnel. 3. An intensive Polish language course must be carried out for all participants of the trip from 5 years of age, min. 90 hours/participant and completed with an exam. The course program and the scope of the exam must be adapted to the age of the participant. When directing a given group to the course, the Contracting Authority will indicate the age and number of people to the Contractor. Younger children (up to 5 years of age) must be provided with the care of an animator for the duration of the training (time of Polish language classes or adaptation course) 4. When implementing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the sanitary and epidemiological restrictions in force at the time of contract performance, bearing any costs in this respect on their own
