The scope of services includes the execution of all deliveries and services, including coordination, production, delivery, construction, assembly, commissioning and testing, for the operational, functional and acceptable introduction of blood gas analysis systems for the Siegen District Hospital. Furthermore, the scope of services includes the equipment with the required reagents, controls, calibrators and other consumables as well as the installation of the necessary hardware and software including the device connection to the POCT middleware POCceleratorTM data management system from Siemens Healthcare GmbH, which in turn is connected to the LIS / HIS of the Siegen District Hospital.
The client wishes to provide a mobile backup device. A suitable backup concept must be created by the bidder.
The contractor must ensure that the devices to be installed can be connected to the existing media supply (electricity, including emergency power supply, network, water, wastewater).
In addition to the offer, please submit an optional UPS concept as an attachment to the offer, including the identification of the associated costs per offered device system.
The availability of the service is based on a cost of findings for the individual parameters. The price includes all costs for device use, device maintenance, reagents, controls, calibrators and other consumables as well as the online connection of the devices to the existing middleware, including any interface costs incurred between the middleware and the LIS. This ensures that the Siegen District Hospital does not incur any further costs due to the installation and operation of the blood gas analysis systems.
The Contractor warrants that any necessary expenses for connecting the devices to the Customer's middleware will be borne by the Contractor.
