The assignment or the procurement applies to project management related to development, planning and construction of a new sheltered accommodation centre in Snertingdal. It may also be relevant to implement smaller planning assignments as a part of the main assignment.

The Municipal Council made a decision for case 143/2019 (Governing document 2020 with a financial plan for 2020-2023) that a new sheltered accommodation centre shall be constructed at the site of the current Snertingdal Sheltered Accommodation centre. The existing centre shall be demolished. The centre must have 30 places for care on the highest level. The final content of the centre shall be clarified in the ongoing planning process.
