in connection with the law of 10 February 2020 on the fight against waste and the circular economy (known as the Agec law), Decree No. 2021-254 of 9 March 2021 and its explanatory notice, the purpose of this framework agreement is to equip high schools in Pays de la Loire with furniture from reuse or reuse (second-hand furniture), as an initial or additional endowment, or as a renewal. The furniture mainly concerns classrooms (tables, chairs, desks, etc.), administrative services (armchairs, desks, visitor chairs, meeting tables, etc.), collective spaces (catering tables and chairs, lockers, changing rooms, benches, armchairs, etc.), educational workshops (workbenches, trolleys, etc.), storage areas (shelving, etc.) and outdoor furniture. Boarding school furniture does not fall within the scope of this framework agreement

this framework agreement is mixed (Article R2162-3 of the French Public Procurement Code); It may therefore be executed by means of purchase orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price list but also by means of subsequent contracts which may be:- either at a global and fixed price;- or at unit prices;- or at mixed prices.This framework agreement is a single-party contractor.The cumulative minimum and maximum amounts of orders and subsequent contracts that may be carried out under this framework agreement are defined as follows:- Minimum amount: no minimum amount - maximum amount: 500,000 euro(s) excl.
