The tender includes total repricing contract containing the establishment of a newly built 7-group integrated day institution as well as away land around the building and on the roof surfaces of the building. In addition, a community house for the Grundejerforening Margretheholm is to be constructed, integrated into the building's ground plan. The gross area is

about ~1 700 m2 (incl. recumbent halls, technique, etc.), additionally outside areas, see outline proposals. The task offered includes projecting.

A large part of the building is covered by a conservation (pretime memorial protection line), which has been procured in the location and sizing of the building as well as the disposition of the land on the site.

The award criterion is “best price-quality ratio” with the following weighted subcriteria:

- Price 55%

- Process and solution description 25%

- Project organization and staffing 20%.
