This consultation is being launched for the benefit of a group of orders made up of the City of Nantes, its CCAS, Nantes Métropole and esbanm.
The City of Nantes has been appointed coordinator of this group and is responsible for the
launch of the contract, its award, its follow-up and legally binding through its decisions
all members of the group.
Each of the members of the consortium will then carry out this contract with the successful licensee at
meeting its own needs (operational and financial performance of the contract).

In the case of public procurement, the contract will take the form of a mono-
Purchase Order Awardee, without any minimum amount, but with an amount
Maximum set, for the entire duration of the contract, at EUR 2,059,998.00 excluding VAT, according to the breakdown
per group member and per lot:
Lot 1: Nantes Métropole: 1 500 000 euro excl. VAT City of Nantes: 499 999 euro excl. VAT ccas: 15 000 euro excl. VAT esbanm: 15 000 euro (excl. VAT).
