The main objective of this agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for support for competence building for new ways of working in the organisation. A team of 3-5 consultants is requested. The team shall work with execution of call-offs against the framework agreement. We would like the same resources to assist the contracting authority in call-offs so that we achieve an optimum use of resources and continuity in the work. The date and length of the assistance will depend on need.

A framework agreement will be established with one tenderer.

The fixed framework agreement period is to the end of 2022. The contracting authority has an option for extending the agreement for up to 6 months.

The estimated value of the agreement is between NOK 1,300,000 and NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT during the entire period, depending on needs and budgetary resources, respectively. The estimate is only indicative for the supplier and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. However, the maximum contract value is estimated to maximum NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT.
