1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment under the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020, Priority Axis V Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to react-EU threats actions 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats regarding the implementation of the grant project "Digital Municipality", divided into parts of the contract including:

Part 1 of the order - desktop computer with operating system and monitor with built-in camera for new and existing workstations

Part 2 Order - Drives for QNAP Device

Part 3 Order – Server

Part 4 Order – RDS Dev CAL Licenses

Part 5 of the order – Mains switches, stp+ connectors, fiber optics, other cabling

Part 1 of the order - desktop computer with operating system and monitor with built-in camera for new and existing workstations

Desktop. The computer will be used for office applications, educational applications, computing applications, Internet access and e-mail, as a local database, programming station. Monitor with built-in camera for new and existing workstations.

Part 2 Order - Drives for QNAP Device

The subject of the order are 4 new, unused 3.5"' hard drives on SATA 6Gb/s interface with a capacity of QNAP TVS-1271U-RP according to the compatibility table available on the manufacturer's website https://www.qnap.com/pl-pl/compatibility/?model=129&category=1 .

Part 3 Order – Server

Rack enclosure with a height of up to 2U with the possibility of installing up to 8 3.5" Hot-Plug drives with a set of retractable rails for rack mounting and ejecting the server for service purposes.

Motherboard Motherboard with the ability to install a minimum of two Intel 3rd Gen processors. The motherboard must be designed by the server manufacturer and marked with its trademark.

Chipset Dedicated by the processor manufacturer to work in dual-processor servers

Processor Installed two twelve-core processors, min. 2.1 GHz (Turbo Speed min. 3.3 GHz), x86 class dedicated to work with the offered server enabling the result to achieve a single processor min. 23584 in the Average CPU Mark test available on the https://www.cpubenchmark.net/ website.

Part 4 Order – RDS Dev CAL Licenses

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 10 Windows Server 2022 RDS Dev CAL licenses for the Municipal Office in Strzelce Krajeńskie or equivalent software.

The equivalence criteria, i.e. the minimum requirements for the software, are described below. The order concerns a perpetual CSP license.

The Ordering Party requires the delivery of software on the terms provided by the software manufacturer, hereinafter referred to as: "Manufacturer", for entities performing public tasks. It is required to provide collective documents with licenses to determine the legality of the purchased software for inventory and audit purposes. Software licenses should be managed from the software manufacturer's portal.

In the case of offering Microsoft products, the Contractor is obliged to add licenses to the Ordering Party's account in the Cloud Solution Provider service.

Licenses must allow transfers between servers.

The detailed terms of use of the software are specified in the manufacturer's standard license agreement.

The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with the above-mentioned document(s) describing the licensing rules normally granted at the latest before the conclusion of the contract. In cases where the description of the subject of the contract indicates trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, which would lead to the privilege or elimination of certain contractors or products, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract with sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract. In such situations, any indication of trade marks, patents, origin, source or particular process shall be read with the words 'or equivalent'. By equivalent solutions, the Ordering Party understands such a product that has technical and / or functional parameters and meets requirements at least equal to those. A Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies or services offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. For unambiguous identification of the software offered, the full name of the product together with the name of the manufacturer should be provided. The Ordering Party will verify the compliance of the offer with the Terms of Reference with the manufacturers' information made available on websites. Equivalent software must meet the following requirements through built-in mechanisms, without the use of additional applications:

For the supply of equivalent software:

In all places of this document where an example trademark, patent or origin is used, this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract and the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract with sufficiently precise terms.

1. The Contractor who invokes equivalent software to the extent described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate in the offer that the subject of delivery offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.

2. The burden of proof of the equivalence of the software offered with the described equivalence conditions shall be on the Contractor submitting an equivalent offer.

3. The Ordering Party requires that the equivalent software offered by the Contractor does not result in the need to perform additional integration works on the part of the Ordering Party, thus incurring additional, unplanned costs.

4. In order to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Contractor who offers software equivalent to the one indicated by the Ordering Party shall attach to the offer a detailed technical specification for the offered equivalent software, issued by the manufacturer of the offered equivalent software, containing a description of all the features and functionalities of the offered equivalent software.

Network Switch

As part of the procedure, it is required to provide system elements necessary to build a secure access infrastructure. Individual components of the system must be provided in the form of commercial hardware or software platforms.

The customer is in possession of the "Fortigate, model 100F" solution. As part of the expansion of the existing system, the purpose of which is to extend the security mechanisms with an access layer, it is required to provide a switch and other functional elements, cooperating with the existing Fortigate solution, with the following parameters:

Physical parameters of the platform

• The dimensions of the device must allow mounting in a 19" rack cabinet, the housing must not be higher than 1U.

• AC 230V power supply.

• Maximum power consumption: 60 W.

• Minimum operating temperature range: 0-40oC.

Network interfaces - minimum requirements

1. It is required that the switch has independent network interfaces (combo ports are not allowed) in the amount of:

a) 48 porty GE RJ-45.

e) 4 porty 10 GE SFP+.

Part 6 of the order – wifi networks (construction of a wireless network in the Municipal Office in Strzelce Krajeńskie)

1. Object of the order:

Delivery of devices installation and configuration of the wireless network in the building of the Municipal Office in Strzelce Krajeńskie. The network should be scalable and expandable. The configuration should ensure the separation and security and separation of local area network devices and allow isolated guest access. The network structure should be based on a controller that allows you to configure and manage all devices from one place, which will be able to be mounted in a rack cabinet. The controller must be able to collect logs. PoE network switch powering Access Points. Access Points that allow you to freely switch clients within one SSID configured as MESH. 2. Specific requirements of the base equipment
