The subject of the order is the purchase of unmarked vehicles from the C segment for the above police headquarters.

Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, i.e. the Technical Specification (with annexes 1Ł, 2Ł and 3Ł) and in the model contract, constituting attachments to the specification of essential terms of the contract (SIWZ).

The delivered vehicles must be brand new, the year of manufacture of the vehicles must be consistent with the year of delivery. The vehicle must be built using a base vehicle having an approval issued in accordance with the Act of 20.6.1997 Road Traffic Law or Directive 2007/46 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5.9.2007 establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended for these vehicles (OJ EU L 2007.263.1, as amended).

As part of the basic purchase, the Purchaser will purchase 124 vehicles. Vehicles from the basic order must be equipped with the following communication equipment:

a. 30 items in accordance with Annex 1Ł to the technical specification, constituting Annex 1 to the contract template.

b. 79 items in accordance with Annex 2Ł to the technical specification, constituting Annex 1 to the contract template.

c. 15 items in accordance with Annex 3Ł to the technical specification, constituting Annex 1 to the contract template.
