The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the operation and maintenance of drawbridges and a border bridge in the routes of provincial roads managed by ZZDW in Koszalin, divided into tasks:
Task No. 1 – Gryfino
Task No. 2 - Darłowo
Gryphino1. The subject of the order is:
- service of the border road bridge over the Western Odra River along the provincial road No. 120 State border – Gryfino – Kobylanka in Gryfino/Mescherin at km 0+000, total length of the object 132.40 m (object area 1 324.00 m2);
- service of a road bridge with a drawbridge span on the river Eastern Odra (Regalica)
along the provincial road No. 120 State border – Gryfino – Kobylanka in Gryfino at km 2+632, total length of the object 257.88 m (object area 2 656.16 m2) and maintenance of the area adjacent to the objects (attached map).
The detailed scope of services is specified in Chapter C SWZ - Description of the subject of the order and in the Price Form.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 305(1) of the ZW with Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.
(1) The scope of the services consists in the repetition of similar services, the scope of which is consistent with the subject-matter of the basic contract.
2) The scope of services is set at up to the net amount – PLN 250,000.00;
3) The basis for determining the conditions for execution of the like order is the basic contract and negotiations carried out with the contractor.
3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ all persons performing activities covered by the scope of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship, i.e. bridge operator, electrician conservator, operator's assistants, for each of the tasks.
4. This obligation also applies to Subcontractors – the Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontract appropriate provisions obliging Subcontractors to employ all persons performing the above-mentioned activities on the basis of an employment relationship.
Darłowo1. The subject of the order is:
- operation of the sliding bridge along the voivodeship road No. 205 Darłowo – Sławno – Bobolice in Darłowo at km 0+038, total length of the structure 56 m (total area of the object 291.2 m2),
- maintenance of the area including the square around the bridge, i.e. all access to individual objects with a green area and buildings, i.e. the control tower with the aggregate room and the engine room (east side) and the entrance to the engine room with the engine room (west side) (according to the attached map).
