The services are paid for by all-inclusive prices. This contract concerns the implementation of an intellectual service mission for the Illkirch Baggersee urban project for the entire phase of the development of the master plan. The aim is to rethink the development of the Illkirch Baggersee sector in order to develop a mixed-use urban project that meets the objectives set out in Article 2.3 of the CCTP
