This contract concerns the assistance of a design office for the development of a local waste prevention programme in the territory (PLPDMA) and the foreshadowing study of the Contract for Objective Waste Circular Economy (CODEC) of the Community of Agglomeration of the Centre Littoral (CACL).

The aim is to develop a local waste prevention program at the CACL level. This local prevention programme must plan the prevention actions required to achieve the objectives contained therein and in line with those of the Regional Waste Prevention and Management Plan (PRPGD) currently underway at the level of the territorial community of Guyana.
