This consultation concerns the collection of household and similar waste in Puteaux.The territory of Paris Ouest La Défense (Pold) includes 11 municipalities and 568,139 inhabitants, including the city of Puteaux (44,218 inhabitants). POLD exercises, among its 10 competences, the competence of household waste management and similar waste. As the contract concerning Puteaux is coming to an end, POLD wishes to renew the said contract for the collection of household and similar waste in Puteaux. This contract is a service contract, awarded following an open tendering procedure pursuant to Article R2124-2 1° of the French Public Procurement Code. The services of this contract are processed at unit prices. Indeed, given the uncertain number of services ordered each year, the contract takes the form of a single-contractor framework agreement which is executed on the basis of purchase orders, within the meaning of Articles R2162-4 1°, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
