The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled "Acceptance and management of waste code 19 12 12 - Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 in the R1 process", i.e. successive acceptance of waste code 19 12 12 for management. The waste must be managed in the Contractor's installation in the R1 recovery process – Use mainly as a fuel or other means of energy generation, in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023.0.1587).

The estimated amount of waste code 19 12 12 that will be transferred (transport on the part of the Contracting Authority) to the Contractor for management during the term of the contract will be 8,000 Mg. The Contracting Authority has the right to exercise the right of option by obliging the Contractor to collect and manage waste in the amount of up to 1,600 Mg (20% of the basic order volume) during the term of the contract.
