The public contract is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is carried out as and when order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and without maximum for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4, 3 ° of the public procurement code. The public market is processed at unit prices set in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU).
All the services that can be ordered are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP). The estimated quantities of the procurement are shown in the Estimated Quantity (DQE). These quantities have no contractual value, they are only used for the analysis of offers.
