The contract is a service contract for the operation of waste disposal facilities and the transport and treatment of collected waste. The contract consists of 3 lots:- lot no. 1: operation of the 2 waste disposal facilities and treatment of waste collected excluding bulky items and hazardous waste- lot no. 2: Transport and treatment of hazardous waste from the 2 waste disposal facilities- lot 3: Treatment of bulky items from the 2 waste disposal facilities

the contract is a service contract for the operation of the waste disposal facilities of the Tri-Or Union and the treatment of collected waste, with the exception of the transport/treatment of hazardous waste and the treatment of bulky items. The contract provides: guarding the top of the quay, the provision of skips, the transport and treatment of waste (excluding hazardous and bulky waste)

provision of containers, transport and collection of hazardous waste from the two waste disposal facilities of the Tri Or union. The waste to be considered is that outside the perimeter of the eco-organization Ecodds

the stipulations of this lot 3 concern the sorting and treatment of bulky items from the two waste disposal facilities of the Syndicat Tri-Or. The service includes the sorting of bulky items in order to extract the share of materials recoverable either by material recovery or by energy recovery. Once the sorting has been carried out, the Account Holder must ensure the treatment of the various fractions recoverable or not in its facilities or those designated by it in its offer.
