This project concerns the implementation of an APM solution. As such, it consists of four positions:

Position 1: Implementation of the APM system, including project management, configuration, integration, testing, validation, administrator and user training, as well as subsequent follow-up (post go-live support) 3 days / week for 2 months.

Position 2: Support (restricted consultancy): maximum 1.5 days/week for 4 years. -

The services necessary to ensure user support, maintenance and further development of the solution.

Item 3: Licensing the required APM software.

Position 4: Corrective and evolutionary maintenance for the APM software and platform.

ASTRID organizes a demonstration session about the PSAP environment for all selected bidders. This session will take place at ASTRID's offices. For this session, 2 participants per bidder will be admitted. The session will last 2 hours.

Selected bidders are also asked to organize a demonstration of a live session of the solution or reference projects. This demonstration will take place at the tenderer's offices (if they are in Belgium) or remotely via an online session. This demonstration will last 2 hours and will be integrated into the award criteria.

Procedure in 2 phases. In the first phase of the public contract, it will only be necessary to submit an application that meets the criteria defined in the contract notice. A tender will be requested from the selected candidates during the second phase of the contract. At present, the annexes are for information purposes only and will only have to be completed at the time of the next phase, i.e. the submission of the tender.

The protection of personal data collected and processed within the framework of this contract notice must be strictly guaranteed within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) by the various parties.
