The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection, transport and management of waste with codes 19 12 12 and 19 06 04, generated at the Regional Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Machnacz 41a, commune Brest Kujawski, with the possibility of submitting partial offers for 2 parts (tasks):
Lot 1: Collection, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12;
Lot 2: Collection, transport and waste management service code 19 06 04.
1) Waste collection and management service, code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects), i.e. ballast from the oversize fraction> 80 mm, derived from the mechanical treatment of mixed municipal waste, together with the waste transport service from RZUOK in Machnacz , commune Brest Kujawski.
2) The estimated amount of waste code 19 12 12 intended for collection, transport and management, during the contract period, is up to 10,000 Mg.
3) The management of collected waste with the code 19 12 12 must be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1987, as amended), in the process R1 and / or R12.
4) The Contractor in the offer form is obliged to indicate the recovery process to which waste collected from the Employer will be subjected, along with an indication of the plant to which the waste will be directed.
5) Waste collection will take place successively on business days from Monday to Friday, between from 7:00 to 20:00, after prior written arrangement of details of waste collection, including: date, time and type of vehicles, sent by e-mail or fax. The contractor will collect waste from the plant no later than within a maximum of 4 business days (response time is the criterion for assessing the offers) from sending the notification by the Employer.
6) Waste will be transferred loose. Loading of waste is on the side of the Employer and will be carried out using an excavator with a bucket with a capacity of 1.1 m
7) Each waste collection will take place by weighing the collected waste on the legalized balance of the Employer, located at RZUOK in Machnacz 41a, which will be confirmed by a receipt. This document will constitute the basis for determining the amount of waste collected by the Contractor.
8) Place of waste reception is: Regional Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Machnacz 41a, commune Brest Kujawski (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship).
9) Amount of waste specified in point 2) above is the forecast quantity. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce this amount.
10) Purchaser, pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL, requires that persons performing activities in the field of the subject of the contract, the performance of which consists of performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 * of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code, were employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract. The contractor or subcontractor will employ the abovementioned persons for the duration of the contract. In the event of termination of employment before the end of this period, he undertakes to immediately employ another person in his place.
1) Waste collection and management service, code 19 06 04 - digested waste from anaerobic treatment of municipal waste, coming from the demolition of an energy heap, together with the waste transport service from RZUOK in Machnacz, commune Brest Kujawski.
2) The estimated amount of waste with code 19 06 04 anticipated for collection, transport and management, during the contract period, is up to 10,000 Mg.
3) The management of collected waste with the code 19 06 04 must be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1987, as amended), in the process R12 or in another recovery process indicated by the Contractor.
