1. Comprehensive supply of electricity together with the service of electricity distribution for the needs of the Units of the Poznań Poviat.
2. General characteristics of the subject of the contract: place of supply of electricity: 6 points of receipt of electricity; the estimated amount of electricity supplied during the term of the agreement will amount to 381.8 MWh, including energy settled in the tariff:
a) G11 – 94,23 MWh
b) C11 – 27,22 MWh
c) C21 – 172,44 MWh
d) B21 – 87,95 MWh
The amount of energy has been determined for the purpose of comparing and evaluating the submitted offers, and the task will be performed to use the amount that the Ordering Party intends to spend on the implementation of the contract, i.e. up to PLN 1,230,000.00 gross.
3. The Ordering Party requires a deposit in the amount of PLN 20,000.00.

2) the supply of electricity should take place on the terms set out in the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended), the Civil Code and executive acts issued on their basis, including the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 6 March 2019 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503),
3) The Contractor should determine the value of the subject of the contract taking into account the costs of electricity supply and provision of electricity distribution services, calculated in accordance with the above-mentioned legal acts and all other costs and fees,
4) electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and the implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards,
5) the contract for the supply of electricity specifies the payer and the addressee of the VAT invoice for the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for individual collection points – in accordance with the attached Description of the subject of the contract,
6) The Ordering Party informs that:
a) has comprehensive contracts for the supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services with ENEA S.A., for energy collection points that are also Prosumers – with the exception of the Center in Boxes, listed in the Description of the subject of the contract.
b) does not have contracts concluded as part of loyalty or promotional campaigns.
