1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive laundry services along with the lease of bed linen and surgical linen for the Provincial Specialist Hospital of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Częstochowa.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (including the scope of services and activities as well as the requirements of the Contracting Authority) shall include a description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and a draft contract constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference and Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive laundry services along with the lease of bed linen and surgical linen for the Provincial Specialist Hospital of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Częstochowa.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (including the scope of services and activities as well as the requirements of the Contracting Authority) includes a description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and a draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference and Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference.
DEPOSIT.
1. The Contractor is obliged to submit a tender deposit in the amount of: PLN 30,000.00 (say: thirty thousand 00/100).
2. Vadium may be lodged at the contractor's choice before the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders in one or more of the following forms:
1) money;
(2) bank sureties;
3) insurance guarantees;
4) sureties granted by entities referred to in Article 6b(5)(2) of the Act of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 299).
3. The tender deposit paid in money shall be paid by bank transfer to the Ordering Party's bank account: no. mBANK o/Częstochowa 47 1140 1889 0000 2254 2200 1004.
4. The tender deposit paid in money must be described in a way that allows its identification, by providing the case number: WSzS.DEZ.26.062.2023.
5. The effective payment of the tender deposit in money shall take place at the moment of crediting the funds to the bank account of the Contracting Authority referred to in paragraph 3 before the deadline for submission of tenders (i.e. before the expiry of the day and time set as the final deadline for submission of tenders). Due to the risk associated with the duration of the interbank settlement period, the Ordering Party recommends making the transfer well in advance.
6. Wadium brought in money the contracting agent shall keep in the bank account.
