Description:
Support services for standardising the use of inclusion technologies - 2023-17

The subject of the tender is the procurement of professional and technical support services in the field of inclusion technologies. For this purpose, the contractor shall provide consulting, conception and planning services as well as services in the area of implementation and operation of the solution, taking into account the circumstances of the client. Decisive for this is the competence of the employees deployed. The service is provided on the basis of a framework agreement with a term of 18 months. As part of an initial call-off, the conception of a process for the identification and implementation of accessibility requirements is commissioned as a first project service.

The subject matter of procurement are the services described in the service description, in particular the following services:

The contractor supports the client in the implementation of the project "Definition and implementation of dedicated hardware and software adaptations for the inclusion of employees". Within the framework of the project, qualified support services are provided by the contractor for the fulfilment of planning, conception and implementation tasks, including controlling the manufacturing companies commissioned within the framework of the implementation and accompanying their measures (e.g. in the modernisation of interfaces to the peripheral systems, insofar as these do not fall within the client's area of responsibility), rendered. The contractor takes over, among other things, the project preparation and planning, the project implementation and support as well as the ongoing maintenance and care within the framework of project support. The intended project personnel of the contractor will first familiarize themselves with the structure and conditions of the existing Citrix and virtualization environment at the client immediately after the award of the contract within the framework of an induction phase of 4 calendar weeks in coordination with the client. As part of the subsequent service phase, the contractor then provides the support services independently in coordination with the client in accordance with the agreed work packages. The intended project personnel carries out their tasks in coordination with the project management of the client as well as the IT operations of the client and the other projects and contributes significantly to the achievement of project goals. With the award, the design of a process for the identification and implementation of accessibility requirements is commissioned as a first project service within the framework of an initial call-off. In the course of this, criteria are to be developed, which are to be applied in principle and whose compliance / degree of fulfillment is to be checked. In the further course, these criteria are to be further specified and adapted or expanded to the needs of the client's inclusive employees. Finally, the contractor shall ensure that any training of a third party within the framework of a follow-up order takes place before the end of the contract period.

A holistic support service is expected from the contractor, which in particular ensures the high-quality and efficient provision of services as well as the technical instruction of the client.

The contractor is not entitled to call off services beyond the initial call-off. However, the client is entitled to call off the services described at any time. The details can be found in the tender documents.
