The construction project involves the general renovation of the Valentin-Ickelsamer-Mittelschule in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Dinkelsbühler Straße 3, Fl.-Nr. 2232/7.

The building of the school has been built in mixed construction. The supporting structure consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton structure with columns in a grid of 8.40/8.40 m, column cross-sections D = 40 cm, precast reinforced concrete beams, reinforced concrete semi-prefabricated ceilings, d = 30 cm and stiffening reinforced concrete or exposed masonry walls. The existing foundation of the structure consists of single and strip foundations with non-load-bearing reinforced concrete floor slabs.
