The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the Employer's facilities and organizational units indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997.
Order - purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the ToR:
The estimated demand for electricity in the period from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2020 is 6 073 320 kWh.
The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the Employer's facilities and organizational units indicated in Annex No. 1 to the ToR, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997.
The Commune of Pacanów and the units listed in Annex No. 1 to the ToR will conclude separate contracts resulting from these proceedings for the award of a public contract in an open tender for "Purchase of electricity for the needs of the purchasing group of the Commune of Pacanów". Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by individual Communes and their organizational units is contained in Annexes 1 and 4.1 to the ToR. The obligation of the selected Contractor will be to terminate the existing contracts for the sale of electricity and provision of distribution services (comprehensive contracts) and to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the conclusion of new distribution contracts. To perform the above actions, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to the ToR).

The estimated demand for electricity in the period from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2020 is 6 073 320 kWh.
The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.2020 to 31.12.2020 is PLN 2,247,128.40.
The Ordering Party, acts on its own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement available for inspection at the Employer's headquarters), on behalf of the following Municipalities and Buski Poviat, as well as their organizational units, which are indicated in Annex No. 1 to the ToR:
- Nowy Korczyn Commune,
- Oleśnica commune,
- the commune of Solec-Zdrój,
- the municipality of Stopnica,
- the commune of Tuczępy,
- Wiślica commune.
The ordering party informs that the process of changing the seller takes place for most of the collection points once again. Detailed information is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
