Part One:
"Purchase of electricity for the needs of the facilities of the Municipality of Pińczów, its organizational units, and lighting of roads and public places".
3.1 The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the facilities of the Municipality of Pińczów and its organizational units as well as the lighting of roads and public places described in detail in Annex 6 to the SWZ.
(2) The projected estimated electricity consumption over a period of 12 months shall be:
a. 520.69 MWh – lighting of the facilities of the Pińczów Commune and organizational units
b. 371,42 MWh – street lighting
Part Two:
"Electricity supply 2023 – PEC Sp. z o.o. in Pińczów".
3.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o.o. in Pińczów" described in detail in Annex 6 to SWZ.
2) The projected estimated electricity consumption over a 12-month period is 595.52 MWh
