1. The subject of the contract is the provision of waste transport services between locations indicated by the Employer, implemented on the basis of Executive Agreements.

2. The waste referred to in para. 1 is:

a) waste generated / processed in waste treatment plants;

b) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;

c) waste collected separately;

d) other wastes accepted as part of the existing administrative decisions in the field of waste management.

3. The estimated number of kilometers to be completed is 785,000 km.

4. The subject of the contract implemented on the basis of a framework contract and executive contracts must meet the requirements specified in the offer of the Contractor and the ToR.
