The contracting authority has defined the nature and extent of the needs in the attached Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.), and the purpose of this consultation is to take out insurance contracts corresponding to 3 lots:

- damage to immovable, movable and computer property

- civil liability

- Automobiles and auto mission

the Community of Communes "Terroir de Caux" carries out a consultation allowing it to subscribe in optimal market conditions, an insurance policy aimed at guaranteeing the Multi-Risk Fire and Ancillary Risk Insurance of Real Estate and Movable Property

The Insurance Company or Mutual Insurance Company will guarantee by the contract subject to this consultation, the real estate and movable property of the community of communes "terroir de caux"

the Institution carries out a consultation allowing it to subscribe under optimal market conditions, an insurance policy aimed at guaranteeing:

- civil liability owner of movable and immovable property

- general civil liability related to his professional activities

- defence of appeals

MANDATORY option: environmental damage

The Insurance Company or Mutual Insurance Company will guarantee by the contract subject to this consultation, the civil responsibilities related to the professional activities of the community of communes "terroir de caux"

the Insurer guarantees the vehicles in a fleet system.

Each new vehicle will be automatically insured under identical conditions upon receipt by the insured on simple declaration by email or telephone.

Each vehicle sold or transferred will be removed from the fleet upon simple declaration of the insured.

The movements of the vehicles will be the subject of an annual summary by the company.
