The object of the order is: “Supply of pumps for heat nodes”, broken down into two parts.
“Supply of pumps for heat nodes”1. The subject of the order is: “Supply of pumps for heat nodes” for tasks carried out under:
— project “Construction of new networks, connections and nodes to new facilities” (POIS.01.06.02-00-0018/16-00), co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme 2014-2020, priority axis I: reducing emissions economy, operation 1.6 promoting the use of high efficiency cogeneration of heat and electricity based on the demand for useful heat, subaction: 1.6.2 heating and cooling networks for sources of high efficiency cogeneration (hereinafter referred to as 'POIIA I activity'),
— the current activities of MPEC — Rzeszów Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “current activity”).
2. Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope shall be determined by Annex No 1 and Annex No 3 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is: “Supply of pumps for heat nodes” for tasks carried out in the framework of the project “Construction of new networks, connections and nodes to new facilities” (POIS.01.06.02-00-0018/16-00), intended for co-financing by the European Union from the Fund Cohesion in the framework of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme 2014-2020, priority axis I: reducing the emissions of the economy, action 1.6 promoting the use of high-efficiency heat cogeneration and electricity based on the demand for useful heat, suboperation: 1.6.2 heating and refrigeration networks for sources of high-efficiency cogeneration (hereinafter referred to as 'POIIA II').
2. Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope shall be determined by Annex No 2 and Annex No 3 to SWZ.
