The contracts will focus in particular on: creation of public spaces, roads (roads, sidewalks, shoulders, cycle paths,...), small improvements to public spaces (roads, sidewalks, parking, security, bus stop), road maintenance work (surface course and structure), development of schoolyards, parks, gardens, cemetery alleys, construction of buried columns.

The amount indicated below corresponds to the maximum amount for the 3 lots and for 4 years.

Framework agreement for subsequent contracts concluded with 4 economic operators for a maximum annual amount of EUR 5,000,000.00 (excl. VAT). The services of this lot include in particular the carrying out of programmed works requiring a prior study (program, plans, costing)

Framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with 2 economic operators for a maximum annual amount of €3,000,000 (excl. VAT). The services of this lot include the construction of small improvements (roads, pavements, car parks, security, bus stop, etc.)

Framework agreement for subsequent contracts concluded with 4 economic operators for a maximum annual amount of €1,000,000 (excluding VAT). The services of this lot include maintenance and road repair work.
