The subject of the contract is the delivery of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices.

The scope of supply includes the purchase of road signs including universal handles of signage elements and road safety equipment, their loading and transport to the constituent square of Road Oblast No. 1 in Parczew at 11-ego Listopada Street 98 and Road Oblast No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelskie at 62 Lubartowska Street;
The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions specified in the price form constituting Annex A1 in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex H.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, means of transport and persons necessary to perform the contract.
1. The order shall include deliveries to:
a) Road Circuit No. 1 in Parczew, 98 11 Listopada Street,
b) Road Circuit No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski, 62 Lubartowska Street,
In the following scope:
- single-sided arrays of prism reflector-fluorescent film yellow-green with signs D-6f and T-27,
- road sign discs of group A, B, C, D, E, F, G and T together with universal handles,
- road safety devices (guide posts U-1a, U-1b, reflective elements of the U-1c protective barrier, U-3 guide plates, U-4 separation plates, U-5a and U-5b obstacle posts, U-2 edge posts, U-18a road mirrors, b, U-23a road bollards, U-23a road bollards, marking plates gauge limitations U-9a, U-9b, U-12a sectional fences),
- bollards for road signs.
Deliveries will be carried out in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order in Annex H in a manner that guarantees due diligence.
2. Patterns and all technical parameters should comply with the following regulations:
a) Regulation of the Ministers of Infrastructure and Internal Affairs and Administration of 31 July 2002 on road signs and signals (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2310, as amended),
b) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 on detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and conditions for their placement on roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2377, as amended).
3. The warranty period for products covered by this order shall be:
a) for sign shields with fluorescent prism film - 10 years,
b) for character shields with foil type 2 - 10 years,
c) for character shields with film type 1 - 7 years,
(d) for traffic safety equipment ................ (according to the offer, but not less than 24 months).
4. The listing of the quantity of supplies specifies the 'Statement of the needs for the supply of road signs'. Supply quantities given are estimate quantities. Detailed quantities of characters and their symbols will be determined each time in written dispatches sent by fax/email by the Ordering Party, divided into individual Road Circuits. Within 10 days of receipt of the order at the latest, the Contractor shall deliver signs, signage elements and road safety devices to the indicated location.
5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of supply between the individual markings and the headquarters of the Road Circuits.
6. Settlement will take place on the basis of unit prices indicated in the Price Form annex A1 to the offer.
7. The Contractor shall provide road signs, signage elements and road safety equipment by his own means of transport, in a way that prevents them from moving during transport and damage.
8. The Contractor shall submit documents confirming the conformity of the supplied marks with the requirements set out in the National Technical Assessment and the National Statement of Property and the warranty of the product.
9. Quality contested deliveries will be placed at the disposal of the Contractor. The Contractor undertakes to remove defective material from the Contracting Authority's constituent square at his own expense and provide defect-free marks within 2 days from the date of the declaration by the Ordering Party.
10. Unloading marks will be provided by the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall agree with the Ordering Party the date of receipt of delivery in order to secure the possibility of unloading and receipt of the signs provided by Road Circuit employees at least 1 day in advance.
